Our Support Vision
As a provider of OEM solutions, we believe in resourcing the technical support from the same group of top-class design engineers who actually designed and developed the relevant product.
Our support model is based on technical sales managers each handling several customer accounts. The customer communicates with a single highly skilled technical person, working closely with the customer on one side and getting the required support information directly from the design group owning the solution.
We believe in long-term relationships with our customers. Having a single dedicated contact contributes to simple administration and management tasks and ensures mutual understanding and collective team spirit.
We set no limits to the amount of support required by the customer. Our designers are familiar with customer’s own products and their particular requirements. Due to this logistically close relationship between the customer and the design team (always working through dedicated technical sales channel), the support turnaround time is very short.
